🛡️
From "Won't Fit" to "Perfect Fit": We systematically analyze assembly issues during the sample phase. By using DFA (Design for Assembly) and CAE simulation, we resolve common defects like deformation, flash, and tight fit. Our process ensures a 95%+ product yield and optimized manufacturing costs.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are your terms of payment?
We typically require a 50% deposit for mold costs. The balance of the mold cost plus 50% of production costs are paid when samples are confirmed. The remaining production balance is paid against the copy of the B/L. We accept T/T.
2. How long is the typical delivery time?
Generally, the process takes about 40 days: 30 days for mold development and 10 days for mass production.
3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We can customize molds with an MOQ of just 1 piece. For mass production, it is typically 500-1000 pieces per design, but we offer flexible handling for trial orders.
4. How can I get a project estimate easily?
Even if you only have a sketch, image, or a simple idea, we can provide a quick assessment. For the most accurate quote, please provide detailed technical specifications if available.
5. What molding processes do you specialize in?
We specialize in plastic injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and silicone rubber molding, supporting over 400 types of plastic materials.
6. How do you handle quality control and assembly stability?
We utilize DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, CAE simulations, and tolerance stack-up evaluations during the design stage to ensure all parts fit perfectly and meet a 95%+ yield rate.
