1Production Process

• Pulp Preparation: Raw materials such as waste paper, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, or sugarcane fiber are mixed with water. Through mechanical stirring and screening, impurities are removed to produce uniform pulp.
• Molding: The pulp is injected into molding dies using extrusion, vibration, and vacuum adsorption to form the initial shape.
• Drying: Molded boxes are dried using hot air or steam to remove moisture, hardening the surface and strengthening the internal structure.
• Processing: Dried boxes are cut to size. Optional processes include printing, coating, embossing, and gold stamping for enhanced appearance.
