How do you manage the quality control of your molds?
We utilize a professional in-house QC team that monitors quality throughout the entire process—from raw material inspection and machining to final trial testing. We believe quality is the lifeblood of our enterprise.
What is the standard lead time for mold production?
For most automotive exterior parts molds, the typical lead time is 45 to 60 working days after the deposit is received and the mold drawings are officially approved.
How can I approve the mold samples?
You can either visit our factory to witness the testing in person or we can send samples via international couriers like DHL, TNT, or FedEx. We also provide mold running videos and dimension inspection reports via email.
What kind of after-sales service do you provide?
We offer a 1-year warranty under normal use. Non-man-made damaged spare parts are provided free of charge within the first year, and technical support is available at any time.
What documents and reports do you provide during the manufacturing process?
We provide weekly processing reports, mold core and cavity steel certificates, mold trial videos, and detailed samples with inspection reports for your approval.
What plastic materials are compatible with these molds?
Our automotive molds are primarily designed for materials such as PP, ABS, and PA, which are standard for high-durability exterior automotive parts.
