Depending on your production volume demands, mold life ranges from 100,000 to over 5,000,000 shots. We utilize premium mold base and core materials such as LKM, HASCO, S136, 2344, 718, 738, NAK80, and P20 steel to ensure optimal tool longevity.
We accept standard 2D and 3D engineering formats, specifically STP, X-T, IGS, and DWG. You can easily provide your layouts or physical samples for our technical team to initiate the custom mold fabrication process.
We offer diverse surface treatment solutions to meet high-end industrial design needs. Options include mirror polishing, smooth gloss, texture/frosted designs, standard painting, industrial electroplating, and direct print applications.
Our manufacturing workshop operates under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Armed with high-speed CNC, standard CNC, EDM, wire-cutting machines, and WEDM tooling systems, we comfortably maintain mold structural precision within ±0.01mm.
Our manufacturing facility features a production capacity of 50 custom injection mold sets per month. Delivery and machining schedules are customized based on drawing details, cavity configurations, and exact client requests.
