Our designers utilize over 10 years of experience to figure out excellent mould designs featuring detailed ejector, cooling, and runner systems. Once the 3D part designs are confirmed, we incorporate specific requirements such as shrinkage rates, machine specifications, and standard parts like limit switches and shot counters.

CNC Machining & Precise Tooling

The tooling process begins with steel hardness inspection to ensure quality. We utilize CNC high-speed milling and engraving for precise results. For narrow features like ribs, we use EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) with copper or carbon electrodes to achieve high precision. Small straight features are handled via EDW (Electrical Discharge Wire) tooling.

Cooling lines and ejector pin holes are processed using deep hole drilling for maximum straightness. After assembly, moulds undergo manual polishing for high-shine finishes.
