Once we confirm the design details (features and parameters), material, color, and quantity, we can provide a quotation within 24 hours.
2. Can I get a free sample, and how long will it take?
For standard stock items, yes, but express fees are charged in advance (3-10 days). For custom products, the sample fee depends on requirements (7-15 days).
3. Can you make custom parts based on my physical sample?
Yes, you can send the sample to us. We will evaluate, scan features, and draft 3D drawings for production.
4. What does your OEM service include?
We handle everything from the design idea to mass production, including 3D drawing evaluation, logo customization on products/packaging, and assembly services.
5. What is your typical payment term?
Generally, it is a 50% downpayment for mold production, 50% after sample confirmation. For products: 50% deposit and 50% before shipping.
6. What file formats do you accept for design?
